About Me:
I have been part of Monkey Puzzle Altrincham for over 8 years, beginning as a Nursery Practitioner and growing through Room Leader and Deputy Manager roles before becoming the Nursery Manager.
Being able to develop within the same nursery has given me a deep understanding of our children, our families, and the values that make our setting feel like a home from home.
My focus is always on the children. Creating a safe, nurturing space where they feel loved, confident, and excited to learn.
Supporting our team is equally important to me, whether guiding new apprentices starting their childcare journey with us or championing longstanding staff who continue to grow with us.
Every day, I feel privileged to be part of these early years, knowing that the moments we share become memories families carry long after their nursery journey ends.
