Your child will embark on their Preschool journey with us at around three years old, enjoying an enriching, learning environment, that fully supports their individual needs through individual play and group activities.
Rising 3’s and Preschool Environment
Our preschool room is divided into different areas, offering play opportunities that promote all seven areas of learning, within the ‘Early Years Foundation Stage’ framework.

The children in our preschool benefit from phonics and numeracy sessions. Engaging activities based on your child’s interests will provide practitioners with evidence to observe your child and track their development. Activities will take place both inside and outside as preschool have access to our garden area at all times. In preschool, we will be preparing your child for the all-important move to primary school and will promote listening activities, sharing and extending concentration for short amounts of time. We will work closely with your choice of primary school to aid the transition process and invite the school to meet your child in our nursery, to see them in a comfortable environment and share their development so far.
