Goodbye Summer, hello Autumn. It’s sad to leave what has been the most incredible Summer, but the children and staff are hugely excited for Halloween, Bonfire Night and Christmas. Before we look ahead to the upcoming winter months, lets look back at what has been the best Summer ever!
Our Pre-Schoolers spent a morning learning about wild animals and which countries they live in! We then sat in the sunshine and drew around the shadows of wooden animals which was so much fun and gave us the chance to practise our fine motor pencil control!
Our babies road tested their new triple buggy’s! They took a ride to see the ducks at Stamford park!
In our pre-school the children were always busy and engaged whilst learning through play. As you can see, we practiced our letter formation following our daily phonics sessions, lead by our qualified teachers. We learnt about shapes and recreating patterns using our beads and blocks. The children practiced their fine motor skills using tweezers to collect objects from a net. We also learnt the days of the week and enjoyed carpet time, listening to one of our Mummy’s teach us all about the festival of Eid!
In July, our Pre-schoolers learnt all about the World Cup! Check out their handmade flags…
